when you are angry,you cannot control your emotion..
you may do something that ridiculous..
you may hurt yourself or somebody..
THROW YOUR ANGRY INTO DUSTBIN!

When you feel angry...
- istighfar for muslim
- you breathe in & out for 5 seconds
- drink water
- see the green environment or the sky
- see family picture or someone you love
- say something to yourself & think positive
does it work?? try first..it depends on you.. ^_^
