Are you angry with someone?

breathe in....!  (5 sec)  breathe out...  :D fuh..


when you are angry,you cannot control your emotion..
you may do something that ridiculous..
you may hurt yourself or somebody..




THROW YOUR ANGRY INTO DUSTBIN!




hahaha...! feeling good..  =)


When you feel angry...

  • istighfar for muslim
  • you breathe in & out for 5 seconds
  • drink water
  • see the green environment or the sky
  • see family picture or someone you love
  • say something to yourself & think positive

does it work??  try first..it depends on you..  ^_^
